Christopher Farnsworth, is a teenage boy who was just starting to
prepare for his very promising adult life. At the age of 16, Christopher
experienced his first of many violent seizures. His world changed and his
active lifestyle stopped! The only link at this point is possible damage
from concussions he has received while involved in sports and activities.
Without the correct series of tests, he may never know if surgery can
save his life.
Due to insurance issues, incorrect diagnosis and the exorbitant cost of
the tests, his family is struggling financially and cannot afford to pay for
the testing Christopher requires.
To give Christopher the fighting chance he deserves, we are raising funds
in an effort to pay for these tests and possible brain surgery.
Christopher intends on using this experience to affect change and has
started the Christopher Farnsworth Foundation (CFF). Any funds raised
beyond what's required for his care, will go into this foundation.
The CFF is committed to raising awareness of head injuries by
encouraging everyone to protect their heads and realize the
consequences of not doing so.
The Foundation will provide support to those suffering from seizure
disorders while trying to discover the correct diagnosis and to assist
them with the changes it brings to their lives, as well as the lives of
their families & friends.
Through the CFF’s support we intend to give others the hope, strength
and security required to live a rich, full, heathly life.
